Model, quantity, and rough condition is enough to start. A CSV export from your asset-management system is ideal. Note any devices under active MDM enrollment or with BitLocker — both are solvable, but pricing and turnaround change based on the state of the fleet.

Business-grade lines are our primary focus (ThinkPad, Latitude, EliteBook, XPS, Surface). Consumer lines quote at lower rates but we'll still look at them in mixed lots.
Yes. Cracked screens, dead batteries, keyboard damage — all in-market at graded pricing. Mixed working/damaged lots are welcome.
